We stand behind everything we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your Outdoor Sports Center purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within one year of purchase—except for outdoor electronics, which must be returned within 90 days of purchase. Outdoor electronics include but are not limited to—activity monitors, GPS-enabled devices, bike trainers, e-bikes, emergency-communication devices, and cameras. 

All returned items must be new, unused (original condition, including manufacturer's packaging, tags, documents, and any accessories), and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

For your convenience, you can either return items to us via mail or in-store. Please contact us for a return authorization or warranty authorization prior to sending items back. If we receive an item without authorization or it is damaged, we will return it to you. You may email info@outdoorsports.com or call (203) 762-8797.

Outdoor Sports Center’s Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Outdoor Sports Center’s clearance items are sold at a 50% or greater discount, and all sales are final. Manufacturer’s warranties may still apply.
